1. Ticket Delivery Method
Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets): The majority of tickets sold on our website are electronic tickets (e-tickets). Upon successful payment and ticket purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to download your e-ticket(s) or a QR code. You can present this e-ticket or QR code at the event for entry. E-tickets are typically delivered immediately after the purchase is completed.
Physical Tickets: In some cases, depending on the event or the organizer’s preference, physical tickets may be issued. These tickets will be shipped to the address provided during the purchase. Please note that physical tickets may require additional processing time for handling and shipping.
2. Shipping Time for Physical Tickets
If your event requires physical tickets, the shipping time will depend on the processing time and the shipping method selected during purchase. Generally, we aim to dispatch physical tickets within 3-5 business days after your purchase.
Domestic Shipping: For customers within India, physical tickets are usually shipped via standard courier or postal services. Delivery times can range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the location.
International Shipping: For customers outside of India, physical tickets will be shipped via international courier services. Shipping times may vary, typically taking between 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country.
3. Shipping Charges
- For e-tickets, there is no shipping charge, as tickets are delivered electronically.
- For physical tickets, shipping charges will vary based on the destination and shipping method. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
- If you have ordered physical tickets, you will receive a tracking number once your tickets have been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
- Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping provider.
5. Address Accuracy
To ensure the timely delivery of your tickets, please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, address, and contact details. Drishyayan is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of tickets caused by inaccurate address information.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your physical tickets are lost or delayed in transit, please contact our customer support team at drishyayan.theatre@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
- In cases of lost tickets, we may be able to issue replacement tickets, subject to the event organizer’s policy.
7. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update or change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes to the address may not be possible if your order has already been dispatched, so it’s important to double-check your details before finalizing your order.
8. International Shipping and Customs
For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Drishyayan is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during customs processing.
