• All ticket sales are final once the purchase has been completed.

• If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to attend the new date or request a refund, depending on the event organizer’s policy.

• The event is rescheduled, and the ticket holder cannot attend the new date.
• You have provided your proof of purchase and contact details when making the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changes to the performer’s lineup, speakers, or entertainment that do not significantly impact the event.
• Missed events or tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
