We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, and this Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can request a return or refund. By purchasing tickets through our website www.drishyayan.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. General Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final once the purchase has been completed.
- However, in the event of event cancellation or a major change to the event (such as a change in venue, date, or significant reduction in the event’s scope), you may be eligible for a refund as per the event organizer’s refund policy.
- Refunds will only be issued for tickets if the event is officially canceled or rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date.
2. Cancellation by Event Organizer
- If an event is canceled or postponed by the event organizer, Drishyayan will make reasonable efforts to notify all ticket holders as soon as possible.
- In the case of event cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, based on the event organizer’s refund policy.
- If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to attend the new date or request a refund, depending on the event organizer’s policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued if:
- The event is cancelled and no alternative is offered.
- The event is rescheduled, and the ticket holder cannot attend the new date.
- You have provided your proof of purchase and contact details when making the refund request.
- Refund requests are submitted within the time frame set by the event organizer (which may vary depending on the event).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changes to the performer’s lineup, speakers, or entertainment that do not significantly impact the event.
- Missed events or tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Incorrect bookings due to user error during ticket selection or purchase.
- Voluntary cancellation of your own participation in the event.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days after the approval of the refund request. Please note that the processing time may vary based on the payment method and the event organizer’s procedures.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the ticket purchase. If there are any issues with the refund process, we will notify you promptly.
